Conveco offers solutions for special pre-insulated parts to use in:

- pre-insulated pipelines for constant temperature liquid transportation

Our Projecting Department has developed innovative technologies for the insulation and coating with polyurethane resins and PEAD ( High density polyethylene ) sheaths of:

- valves
- curves and pipe fittings
- wide radius curves up to 12 m length

The study and realization of special equipment gives the possibilities of creating pre-insulated steel wide radius curves, in diameters from DN6” to DN24” up to a 40M radius of curvature.
This innovative solution allows the external protection sheath to be made of PEAD ( high density polyethylene ), in a one block pipe up to 12 metres, with no need of curves split into different parts.
This method grants a regular and constant insulation material thickness between the steel pipe and the sheath pipe.

The working process grants a high daily production together with standardization and homogenizing of the products, the curving machine permits besides the realization of curves with different radiuses of curvature with a high operational flexibility.
Our technical department is available to research new and different solutions to all customers' needs arising during the realization of pre-insulated pipelines.
