Conveco can provide integrated solutions for the pumping of percolate from the collection wells, vertical or leaned, with the installation of complete systems that include suitable pumps.
A frequent case in control dumps is when bio-gas collection wells are obstructed by the presence of percolate or condensate.
When an implant is planned for the regeneration and use for energetic purposes of the sucked bio-gas, a well's lower efficiency has negative consequences on this implant's performances.
Conveco offers many systems as:
- special compressed air pumps with incorporated control unit for pumping cycles' regulation
- the limited size ( minimum diameter 44 mm ), the usage in up to 60 m wells, the simple manufacture together with its inner security functioning inside high risk of gas explosion sites make of these pumps a practical and reliable instrument for the restoration back to efficiency of collection wells
- small diameter ( 98 mm ) inner security electro pumps, special deflagration functioning and made of high resistant material. Flow rates from 3 l/min up to 100 l/min with head up to 120 m
