Production and Sales program

We produce and supply all materials and accessories for the realization of waste dumps’ implants and nets, as:

A) Drainage tubes, for control nets, for percolate collection, for drainage and for biogas collection wells in PEAD (high density Polyethylene), PVC, P.P. (Polypropylene), with , to minimize the loss of resistance due to deflection.

On request different thicknesses, diameters and lengths. Standard length: 12 m bars.

Fissure's width: 4/5/6/8/10 mm ( suggested width : 5/10 mm ). The number of possible fissures depends on the diameter and the application.
On request special fissures.


Suggested material: PEAD for percolate draining and for under-sheet-control, due to its high resistance to chemical corrosion ( concrete pipes in contact with percolate would quickly crumble due to chemical corrosion )and for its high elasticity.
For these reasons PEAD is to be preferred to the more elastic PVC.

Draining polyethylene rough double-walled pipes:
polyethylene rough double-walled pipes are available smooth inside, with drainage fissures.

Different kinds of fissures are available. Diameters available from 110 mm up to 630 mm, 6 m bars, SN 4 KN/M2 and SN 8 KN/M2 rigidity classes.
B) Conveyance pipes: available in different materials: PEAD, PVC, P.P., following standards UNI, DIN, stamped IIP. External diameters from 20 mm up to 1200 mm. Pressures: from PN2,5 to PN16. On request special diameters or thicknesses.
Supplies in rolls up to 110 mm diameter ( PEAD ), or in 6/12 m bars ( PEAD, PVC, P.P. ).
C) Drainage pipes' accessories: drainage nets' junction and inspection pits. Junction pits are suggested with percolate drainage nets and allocated at the confluence of many pipes. They avoid clogs inside drainage pipes caused by external elements.


The pits are sized depending on implant's needs.
All necessary sizes for junction couplings, curves, branches, tees, flanges.


Percolate collection wells: due to the chemical corrosion of percolate, as an alternative to concrete wells, we offer high thickness circular PEAD wells, pre-fabricated and pre-built, ready to use, with the following features:


- Diameter from 630 mm up to 2000 mm.
- Height: on request, depending on needs.
- Preset for up-lifting pumps installation.
- Drainage pipes intakes.

D) Conveyance pipes accessories: complete sets of accessories are available, special sized or special designed parts are available for conveyance nets. Curves, joints flanges, couplings, reduction units, caps, regulation and checking valves, measuring taps, etc..

E) Special services:
- On site welding and repairs.
- Technical assistance to net realization.
- Welding equipment sales and rent.
