Carbon steel type FE360 valve structure with extended ends made of the same material with edges supported by head welding, stainless steel sphere AISI 304, stainless steel stem AISI 303 with internal assembling, epoxid varnish on anti corrosion priming, suitable for underground installations, 100 mm, welding ends free from varnish for at least 100 mm, manually operated with end lock on both sides ( open/close ), stainless steel stem extension, AISI 304 directly fastened to the stem, aluminium passing control lever.

Valve coating in one piece PEAD ( high density polyethylene ) with diameter conforming with pipeline's insulation, extension coating in PEAD provided with N° 3 Viton O-rings, for valve structure and extensions sealing, extension internal sealing, insulation with rigid expanded polyurethane foam, closed cells type at 94%, core density at 63 kg/m3, suitable for activity temperatures of 140°C.
